Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Launchfile, provided by High Bridge Enterprises AB (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Launchfile on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

1. The service

Launchfile lets you deploy and host applications — including third-party and open-source applications from our catalog — on managed infrastructure. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter a contract.

3. Subscriptions, fees & payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Your content & responsibilities

You retain ownership of the data and content in the applications you deploy (“Customer Content”). You are solely responsible for Customer Content and for the applications you choose to deploy, including obtaining any required rights and complying with applicable law. You grant us the rights needed to host and operate the service on your behalf.

Backups are your responsibility. Your deployments use persistent storage, which means your data survives ordinary restarts and updates of your deployment. This isnot a backup service. We do not back up Customer Content, and we cannot guarantee that data lost, corrupted, or deleted — whether by you, your application, a fault, a security incident, or the suspension or termination of your subscription — can be recovered. You are solely responsible for keeping your own backups and for regularly exporting any data you cannot afford to lose. We strongly recommend maintaining independent, off-platform backups.

5. Third-party & open-source applications

Applications in our catalog are third-party and/or open-source software licensed by their respective authors. We do not own them, and we provide them “as is” without warranty. Your use of those applications is subject to their own licenses and terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • break the law or infringe others' rights;
  • distribute malware, send spam, or run phishing or fraudulent services;
  • disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or others' deployments;
  • resell or abuse the service in a way that harms its integrity or other customers.

We may suspend or remove deployments that violate these Terms or threaten the platform.

7. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own Launchfile, the website, and related materials (excluding Customer Content and third-party applications). These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we do not warrant against the loss, corruption, or deletion of Customer Content. Persistent storage is not a backup, and keeping backups of your data is your responsibility (see section 4).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnification

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Content, the applications you deploy, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Term & termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the platform. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we will make commercially reasonable efforts to let you export Customer Content for a limited period unless prohibited by law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version and revise the “last updated” date; material changes will be communicated as required. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
